Hawk Performance HPX Motorsports rear brake pads use Hawk's autocross-specific HPX friction compound, developed for consistent, predictable braking whether the pads are cold or warm. This HB523 pad shape fits the rear calipers of the NC and ND MX-5 Miata.

  • HPX compound (Hawk code C), engineered specifically for autocross braking demands
  • Clean modulation with a predictable, smooth initial bite
  • Operating range 100°F to 700°F, optimal range 100°F to 600°F
  • Hawk-listed pad thickness .539 in.
  • Competition use only; not recommended for street driving, including to and from events

Fitment: Rear axle. 2006-2015 Mazda MX-5 Miata (NC), 2016-2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata (ND, including RF) and 2017-2020 Fiat 124 Spider. Does not fit NA or NB Miata, which use a different rear pad.
