An item is marked as "Special Order" what does that mean?

Items marked as "Special Order" are available for shipment direct from the manufacturer - also known as "drop shipping". In most instances we are able to ship directly to you however, in limited circumstances we will need to order the item into our warehouse before we are able to dispatch to you. In all cases, your form of payment will not be finalized until we confirm availability of all Special Order items - place your order with confidence!
